InfoBeasiswaS1 – Sime Darby offers Undergraduate Scholarship Programme (S1) for Indonesian students that are currently studying at selected Indonesian Universities pursuing the S1 degree. On completion of their studies, scholars will be required to serve Sime Darby Group of Companies for 2 to 4 years, depending on the duration and value of the award
Scholarship will be offered to individual pursuing the following fields of study:
- Business and Law: Accounting, Management, and Law
- Engineering and Technology: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.
- Agriculture-related: Agricultural Study, Agriculture Engineering, Agribusiness, and Forestry.
- Science: Biology
Minimum Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) ≥ 3.00 (on scale 4.00).
- Currently enrolled in the recommended field of study stated below
- Candidates has finished at least 3 (three) semesters (proven by IPK result)
- Possess good personalities, in good health condition and free from any drug substances addiction
- Currently not receiving scholarships from any institution or willing to release it upon acceptance
- Non academic achievements (i.e. in sports, science, or others) and involvements in extra- curricular activities or other organizations is an added value.
- Willing to follow and obey to the whole process and procedure of the scholarship
The scholarship is open to Indonesia citizens looking to study at the following universities in Indonesia:
- Universitas Indonesia
- Universitas Gadjah Mada
- Institut Pertanian Bogor
- Institut Teknologi Bandung
- Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember
Value of Scholarship (Local)
The scholarship covers the following:
- Full tuition and academic fees
- Monthly board and lodging Allowance
- Annual books / equipment allowance
- Thesis allowance
- Graduation fees
- One-off computer allowance
Recipients of scholarship will have the opportunity to undergo Scholars Development Programme and experience work exposure through internship within Sime Darby Group of Companies.
